Each time the Doctor regenerates it gives them the chance to totally change the Doctor in both appearance and personality. Stephen Fry would make a good Doctor.
So long as it's not Ricky Chervais I don't mind who it is.

The better Drs have had an element of menace - Tennant, Tom Baker and Eccleston.
Someone suggested Russell Brand, well he's got the looks of someone from the past. Maybe the tardis could be just one-way, and send him back to Anglo-Saxon times where his language will be well acceptable?
