Basingstoke Online Forum is one month old
This forum is one month old today. Like a pheonix, it has risen from the ashes of whatever 1and1 did to seamatt's old database.

In one month, we have 77 members, 1254 posts and 106 threads (at the time of posting). That is more than some forums get in a lifetime. This forums rocks. Smile

Well done seamatt for building this and keeping going when it was tough and well done everyone for persevering and reregistering.

Is anyone else embarassed by how much time they spend here?Rolleyes

Hi,

I think we should enter the Hants Web Award. I think this site would win hands down...I would put my entire fortune on it (all £50 of it!!!! LOL).

Cya,

Yes, Daniel spends too much time in this forum, I should know because I notice every time he comes in. Hmmm, maybe that means I'm here even longer? Sad

See, he's here now!

Maybe if people didn't send threatening PM's (two now from Brian) more people might post?

Happy first month birthday anyway BasingstokeOnline.

Ah yes, he has a history for this. Charming man.

Remember a dogs not just for Christmas. With good meal planning and decent carving it should last until Easter!

RE: Basingstoke Online Forum is one month old
LOL Jenni. Well like me, short and sweet this is the end of my time on Basingstoke Online, I was picking the kids up from school yesterday and had a text message from a friend to say that Brian was copying my user name on his new BB that he and daniel have set up - Donut City. I know I had dared to disagree with one of the BOL3 but for FFS that's allowed isn't it? Grow up. 7 posts in I've received two abusive PMs and now I'm being 'copied' on another board. I didn't sign up for this and it seems I'm an easy target because I'm a newbie?

I was warned this may happen. So I will have to take my QUOTE questionable attitude and the chip I have on my shoulder UNQUOTE to pastures new. There are plenty of other boards where you don't run the risk of this happening if you dare to disagree with someone!

My friend Jane Doe has asked me to pass on her best to some of you, she also said that she guessed it was you pic you cheeky boy!! AND MCL, a book keeping course at BCOT and that clever husband of her's is all she will probably need to do the books (oh and good luck with the business and the new baby).

It's a shame, some of you seem really nice that I won't get a chance to chat with you more, but as a female I find this sort of behaviour very concerning.

it is a shame that new people are made to feel this way. i can't understand why it has to be this way. this was a nice forum with not much trouble but now we have people that feel they can't stay because of the way they are treated. the people that have caused this should be ashamed of their behavior.
