There were LOADSA Clues...

"Row, row, row your boat...." - reference to the round the world rower who is often nearby;

"Let there be light" - pretty obvious really;

"...you don't have to go right round the world to find it." - Another rower reference;

"Many people will pass here every day." - on a main thoroughfare;

"Or take a rest" - seats underneath;

"You are all thinking too big. Think small." - small = anagram (see below);

"Rough location? Not sure the security would agree." - there are nearly always security hanging around;

and lastly:
"You really must think small....and ...square."

"Small" = Malls, "Square" = well its in Castle Square.

I'm surprised it took so long as the same design lights are all along through the Malls from Castle Square to Robert Dyas (6 sets I think).
