RE: Snow
Snowing again.
Snow is forecast on-and-off all week. I love snow. You can never have enough. If it snows every day, we will get use to functioning in snow. I saw gritting lorries out this evening which was a positive sight. Presumably that means the grit stocks have been replenished. We have sharp sand and cat litter but still no rock salt but I do have 5kg of ordinary salt which is better than nothing. Let is snow, let it snow, let it snow.

It is clay based and soaks up the moisture and holds it. When the tempreture drops it refreezes and is even more dangerous. Also from experience it crushes into a powder you walk it into your house and it stains your carpets and can rot them. |
