RE: Election 2010
Fair play to her. She was a Labour supporter who turned out to see the PM and found herself insulted by him, an insult which will play a critical part in the election campaign. Why shouldn't she make some money if people are prepared to pay to hear her story? It is far more dignified than those who go on reality TV to show how talentless they are to get their 15 minutes of fame.

And that concludes the election for 2010! Fascinating evening and still coming to terms with Clegg as Deputy PM! This will end in tears!

RE: Election 2010
Well with Cameron a direct descendant of King William IV and 5th cousin twice removed of the Queen what did you expect - I think Mrs Queenie engineered all of this? So there we have it - the royalty is back in power in England after how many hundred years? It's the same old story we are the serfs and they've given us laptops to play with - whilst they continue to play with our lives!

[anyway hasn't Cheshire always been a Conservative strong hold?]

RE: Election 2010
sorry for cheshire read hampshire! - Paddy Ashdown recently interviewed said " the labour party had an opportunity to create a progressive coalition and they walked away from it. that was an act, in my view, of straight cowardice." and Mr Brown said all his actions and decisions would be for the good of the country?
