I posted a link to the official website showing school closures. If your kids have a day off as the boiler is broken or the pipes burst, it will be on that website.

School should publish a list of all Inset (teacher training) days at the beginning of the year and it may also be on the school website.

Just knowing that you have the links to check should put your kids off trying that again.

all the school's on ur list are junior school's so no good and the other link i tried but didn't show any schools either tho one of my other kids did have the day off so neither was any good. so i used the old fashion way and rang the school

I still use fax, had to send one yesterday, unfortunately, it's all some people will accept.
