Primark Opens Tomorrow

Primark's website say that they open the new Basingstoke Store tomorrow (18th March 2008). Not sure what time as I can't get an answer on the phone. Does Brian know? Does anyone know if it is going to have a celeb opening it?

Head Office in Reading confirm that it's opening tomorrow 'about nineish'. No mention of a celeb :-(

It opens at 9am Tuesday according to the store front, despite radio advertising a few days back to say Thursday.

From what I have been told, the staff have got the store ready earlier than anticipated hence the earlier opening

On the bright it means I wont have to go shopping at Southampton/Reading or even Camberley so often

I'm a real scrounger when it comes to fashion - I abhor paying over the odds for clothes when I know that it is cheaply made. Therefore I love Primark.

I won't head down in a hurry, but will go that way when I next feel that I need some new clothes (normally about twice a year!)

9am. Must admit they do sell nice fitted sheets. Some of the clothes can be a bit blah, but then that's like every other clothes shop! I bet there will be a mad rush tomorrow. Where I lived before they hadn't long had a Primark and it was busy for weeks. People were coming out with huge bags full.

Chutzpah.... could i do your shopping for you? Maybe this way I could make a living from a hobby?

Shopping for me! You would basically be redundant! I avoid shopping at all costs.
